Green Falafel

Green Falafel recipe:

  1. Soak fava beans and chickpeas overnight, wash, rinse and mix them together

  2. Add chopped parsley, onion, spring onion, coriander and green pepper

  3. Add salt, garlic, falafel spice, cumin and mix well

  4. Blend all the mixture till it is smooth, make patties and fry or air fry

  5. Prepare fresh vegetable mix, pickles and tahini sauce

  6. Place falafel topped with veggies and sprinkled with tahini sauce on a Greek pitta

  7. Enjoy the ultimate, healthy and green falafel sandwich!
